What Is Enclomiphene?
The oral path to higher testosterone — without shutting down fertility.
The mechanism
Enclomiphene is a SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulator) that blocks estrogen feedback at the pituitary, causing increased LH/FSH and ultimately higher endogenous T.
vs. Clomid
Enclomiphene is the active isomer of clomiphene (Clomid). The other isomer (zuclomiphene) has a longer half-life and worse side-effect profile.
Typical results
Most patients see a 100–150% increase in total testosterone within 12 weeks.
Fertility preserved
Unlike TRT, enclomiphene preserves spermatogenesis — making it the choice for men still planning to have children.
Side effects
Mild and uncommon: mood changes, headache, rare visual disturbances. Reversible with discontinuation.
