Fasting glucose, A1C, insulin, comprehensive lipid panel (with apoB), liver and kidney function.

Hormonal

Total and free testosterone, estradiol, DHEA-S, IGF-1, thyroid panel (TSH, free T3, free T4, antibodies).

Inflammatory & cardiovascular

hsCRP, homocysteine, vitamin D, ferritin.

Optional advanced

Lipoprotein(a), oxidized LDL, GlycA, omega-3 index. Worth doing once.

Frequency
